Frequently asked questions.

Welcome to the FAQ page! Here you’ll find more about my process, philosophy and the practical aspects of ordering prints.

What’s your photographic process?

Every photo starts with a story. I often travel with a camera in hand and a notebook in my heart. I observe quietly, look for moments that feel raw, honest, and full of emotion. While I do photograph famous landmarks, I try to capture them in ways that feel fresh and avoid cliché. I also wander through less touristic areas, where life unfolds in everyday gestures—these are the places where I often find the most touching and genuine moments. Once I capture something that speaks to me, I bring it into my digital darkroom where I edit minimally but purposefully—enhancing the colors and tones to evoke the feeling I had in the moment. I aim for a cinematic but real look.

Why should I buy a photo print?

A photo print is more than just decoration—it’s a window into a moment, a feeling, and a story. In a world full of fast content and fleeting images, a physical print invites you to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters. It transforms your space into a personal sanctuary, filled with emotion and meaning. It's something I personally enjoy—it gives my walls life, but not at the speed of social media. It’s a presence that reminds me to pause and simply be.

What kind of printing process do you use?

I personally print each photo in my studio using a professional-grade photo printer and fine art quality paper. This hands-on approach ensures every detail and color is exactly as I envisioned it. I use archival materials to guarantee longevity and richness, so your print will maintain its beauty for years to come.

Why don’t you include frames?

I believe that art should adapt to your space, not the other way around. Frames are deeply personal and should match your decor and taste. Shipping framed art internationally also increases the cost and risk of damage. That’s why I offer prints only—so you can choose the best frame that suits your home.

What’s behind your "why"?

Life is short. The world is beautiful, but we’re often too busy to notice it. I use photography to pause the chaos and capture stillness, emotions, and stories. My goal is to make people feel something when they see my art—maybe gratitude, maybe peace, maybe a sense of nostalgia or wanderlust. I want you to reconnect with the world through my lens.

Where do you ship?

I ship worldwide! Whether you’re in Montreal, Berlin, Tokyo, or Rio, I’ll make sure the print gets to you in perfect condition.

How much does the shipping cost?

I offer free worldwide shipping on all prints.

Every piece is carefully printed, packed, and shipped directly from my studio to your door at no extra cost. Wherever you are in the world, I want you to receive your print without worrying about additional fees — just the joy of welcoming meaningful art into your space.

Can I request a custom size?

Absolutely. If you love a photo but need a different size for your wall, just send me a message. I’ll do my best to accommodate your request while preserving the quality of the image. There might be additional costs, therefore we’ll assess each case individually.

Do you offer limited editions?

Yes. All prints are offered as limited editions, signed and numbered, making them collectible pieces of art. This is also because I respect you as a customer and want you to have something truly special—an exclusive piece that isn’t mass-produced, but carefully crafted and thoughtfully shared.

How can I learn more about the story behind a photo?

Each photo in my shop includes a cart with a short story or reflection, and you can also read more on my blog. I often write about the moments behind the lens, the places I visit, and the people I meet.

How long will it take to receive my print?

Since I personally print each piece, I ask for a processing time of up to 7 days to prepare your order with the care it deserves. After that, delivery time will depend on your location and the postal service used. All prints are shipped from Montreal, Canada, and I always do my best to ensure they arrive safely and promptly.
